USB problem pc not detect missing component




USB is not detected by the PC after careful inspection the 2 component is missing, I short the top component, the pc detect but " USB Device Not Recognized"
I cannot soldier the lower component because there is nothing left on the pcb.

Anyone can tell me where to make a jumper wire to bridge the circuit.
