hi,

i have a problem with ZXW dongle execution.

please help i cant read the error because it is in Chinese language

U need to be connected to internet.
Install zxw on c:/
U can also change language to English

secondly i have transfer the zxw folder on to C:\

but the problem is same

i fixed by software..
so install zxw tools

VB is already installed in my computer and second thing is how to install ZXW software i dont understand because, the software i download from zxw web its a portable not a installation package.

brother dongle drivers installed well because only ZXW exe is not working, Blackfish is working well

after this change software is not executing and the following error occurred.

Uninstall / delete all and redownload complete set up. Download from another site. searich mi.c.r.o.so.l.derin.g ..com for direct download . Still try previously version example 1.3 etc.. change usb port , disable antivirus . Try another pc with unique Ip not variable Ip..

Hi everyone i have problem with zxw tool .
Ive bought it a month ago and worked in it(my last session)
then ive closed it and in 10 minutes tried to reopen, but it didnt start.
actually SW starts and i can see it in task manager, but it closes in 3 sec`s.
ive reinstalled SW, changed usb port and usb stick seems work ok (system tells me that usb stick has rockey3 driver and it works ok)

so what i need to do in such situation?

updated: solved the problem-hyper-v turned on in windows 10 so zxw didnt passed security check without any messages. But china miracle said that virtual machine is activated on pc so it will close. That helped me to find what is happened. Ive turned off Hyper-V and zxw and other dongles started to work normally
