galaxy s3 I747 error from samsung warranty

hi
i have four motherboards I747, all came from Samsung after the customer refuse the repair cost (void warranty with flashed custom rom or firmware). for sure there are not bricked forever while Samsung can fix if the client pay.
any idea?

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.35, JTAG Manager Version: 1.49
Selected Resurrector: [Samsung I747M V1.0.4711.52503]
Restarting target (nRST Low then High)...OK

Connecting to the dead body...OK
Detected dead body ID: 0x706B50E1 - CORRECT!
Set I/O Voltage reads as 1.81V, TCK Frequency is RTCK
Adaptive Clocking RTCK Sampling is: [Sample at 2 MHz]

Resurrection sequence started.
Establish communication with the phone...OK
Initializing internal hardware configuration...OK
Uploading resurrector data into memory...OK
Starting communication with resurrector...FAILED
ERROR: No response from the RIFF Bo
x.

thanks
