0x82 error have a few reason
1-bad soldered jtag wires
2-power not good....,Use power supply
3-use usb cable or usb+jig
but,
in new BCM if Rom2 erased,we can't access via jtag interface

the only solution after rewriting rom2 we can connect phone via JTAG connection and repair boot
