I understand this error is because the DLL is for the 16Gb version, but how can I repair the boot of the 32Gb? is there a flash dump that I can use?

With the help of Mr Legija, I finally was able to unbrick the Samsung Galaxy S3 SCH-I535 Verizon (32Gb model).

Here is what I did:

1- First read a 128MB memory backup on DCC Tab (this is for security if something goes wrong) and save it (if you receive errors when reading from memory, lower RTCK speed, 4Mhz worked for me);

2- Open flash dump "i535_1GB.rar" in EMMC Plugin and load partition table from file (this dump image can be found in Torrent Tracker)

3- Select these partitions:
sbl1 , sbl2, sbl3, tz, rpm and aboot
4- Write them to phone

5- Disconnect RIFF BOX, put phone in download mode and flash stock Samsung ROM for SCH-I535
