Help on login for firmware update - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I did not use my riffbox for quite a while and now the new version 1.54 when i start it say that i do not have licence and after i click connect, it just connection to the update server forever.
when i click firmware update, it ask for user and pass.
So i went back to all my mail and check which email that i use before and i found 1 mail with user and pass from riffbox.warrior so i assume thats the email. When i enter the user and pass, nothing popup and no email form riffbox.

My question is, do i need to buy another licence for this or it come with the riffbox i purchase from Ipmart before.

Thanks for the link legija, i have go thur that link but i miss out the registration section.
Is there anyway to check which email do i use for riffbox? because i dont remember i fill that registration before.

"Connecting to Update Server" forever, i try the fix it but still same.
I am trying other network now and see what happen.

Solved, my ADSL unable to connect to server so i use my mobile 3G data and work perfectly.
