Always use RTCK clock for stabile work with chips which supports RTCK signal. Change speed settings and post result here.

HD2 Leo repair boot Error.

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK

Connecting to the dead body...OK
Detected dead body ID: 0x202400E1 - CORRECT!
Set I/O Voltage reads as 2.62V, TCK Frequency is RTCK

Resurrection sequence started.
Establish communication with the phone...OK
Initializing internal hardware configuration...FAILED
ERROR: Read/Write memory failed during H/W Init.

I follow the instructions above error. Why?

From log i can see that You didnt connected NRST signal. Make sure to connect all 8 points !

Other cause for this error can be unstable power to board. DO NOT use USB Hubs, or Front USB ports on PC.

Check if NRST is connected right and try to lower RTCK speed. Post result here.

Try setting TCK sampling to lower value.
In upper box set the RTCK, in lower box change from "Sample at Max" to 1MHz for example.

If phone hardware is not damaged, repair must work 100%.

And do You know how phone was damaged ? Remember that if eeprom is erased, it will not enter bootloader mode.
In that case You also need to repair IMEI blocks, in order to fix security and update eeprom.
