hi guys, please can anyone help me, i got a disappointing probleme with my riffbox, when i plug it the usb cable into my computer usb port it says -USB Device Not Recognized-. please check Attachments photos of my problem. please, anyone help me, cause i am living far away from the seller, he is in uk, his adresse is,

Usb drivers, etc?

YES I DID SIR. i changed the usb cable and i tried on an other computer, but nothing new.

Windows detect the new hardware, but it doesnt request the software driver, check the photos of my problem, thats all what it gave me.

Hi,
Can You test box with another PC, or if You know someone nearby with RIFF, on his configuration ?

It is possible that box is malfunctioning, but problem as You have it never happened it before.

So, my advice is, try with another PC, if it doesnt help, then You need to replace it.

THANK YOU MR.legija, i did all the possible solution and yes i did tried on other computer and i tried with other 4usb cable, but nothing new, the same problem,
the only solution is need to replace it. thanks sir for help and for advice, even with this solution, i have an other problem wich is i am far away from the seller, from morocco to UK so it will took a month maybe, anyway thanks again sir.
