i5801 dead need this model in RIFF - GSM-Forum

hi legija my i5801 is dead , have try repair it like i5800 , will recognized on pc ,
but it is not some model like i5800 , still dont power
plz contact alex need help .
have read that if i5801 flashed with file´s from i5800 imei area can be damage . need help and fullflash from it

I5800 and the I5801 is the same phone apart from the shape of the button on the Frunt of the phone ... I think you will find a lot of people have flashed there I5801 phones with the I5800 software just so they can get android 2.2 on there phone so it don't really matter ?

no nothing , black lcd , will recognized in pc , can flashe it but ufter flash no start up at all ,
pc will see it if i volume up button +midl-button, + power , but lcd black , and ufter flash no power at all , have you full flashe ? can be imei area damage

Give this a try before jtagging it . After flash wait about 5 minutes and keep pushing the power button .. there is a sleep bug when converting it . It sometimes gives it a kick start it may help but if your not seeing anything OK the screen it maybe a folt .. you never know .
