dear team please help

after connect box another usb device not work .

and after connect another usb device box not working.

i can not connet my modem for update software please help.

Hi,
Change PC if You cant run more than one USB device at the time.
Or use hi speed USB HUB with external power.

i have 3 pc and 1 laptop every time i facing same problem
i am use usb hub also but problem is same.

What exactly happens when You connect RIFF Box to Your PC ?

or jtag manager show box not found.

i have 1.22 setup but need haier c5100 and other update .

but i cant use net for update .

if you have another way to update those file, so please help.

And when You connect box first, and then connect USB modem ?
It's something with Your modem software, it probably posses all comports.

this problem happen with this box only.
others run is run perfectly.
i have micromax mmx200g modem.

and i am use jaf, ufs, uct and others perfectly.

please give some idea.of this problem.

1. Connect RIFF Box
2. Start JTAG Manager
3. Connect Modem and open Internet Connection
4. Click "Check for Updates" button

yes is wrong update box the box is in boot mode just install drive and update box manuelle bouton
