zte 1602 dead set problem ?


when i try to recover dead set of zte 1602 it always show error-

Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.25, JTAG Manager Version: 1.33
Selected Resurrector: [ZTE S1602]
Connecting to the dead body...OK
Detected dead body ID: 0x122CE0E1 - IGNORED!
Set I/O Voltage reads as 1.79V, TCK Frequency is RTCK
Adaptive Clocking RTCK Sampling is: [Sample at MAX]
Resurrection sequence started.
Establish communication with the phone...OK
Initializing internal hardware configuration...OK

what is this problem,

when i try to resurrection then same above show, what is this problem ?

Try setting RTCK to 1MHz for example.
If still same error, then its HW issue (SRAM dead)

dear product supporter, now when i'm trying one proper on set to unlock, then this problem also show, one set i unlocked before, buter after that when i try other two sets for unlocking it show same error also what u sugeest i did this but problem same what is this problem ?
