If you check section via search - this question asked seems, every day , so, that is reason why reaction such.

i try with these steps then during flash software hang; now phone dead and cannot detected by pc

Read log, where is exist info : "WAIT 15-50 MINUTES"!!!!! when WIPE is going.

So, now charger battery and do all gain. It can't die fully and will be detected by PC in any case.
