Bad dongle


Pls support i have a problem with my infinity best tool dongle
Serial No (S/N): 4B09|**** i i wanted to use the software today
but noticed that the dongle is not opening again i was getting this error
Dongle is not found!
connect Dongle and restore software.

i have tried to use it in several other pc and have even replace the
smart card in another card reader but was still getting the same problem pls
i don't know how to solve the problem again ..but the most fuuny thing is that my
other infinity dongles are running perfectly (infinity CM2 and the older box with
infinity box and pinfinder) activations are working okay ....

Hello,

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
​- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader​

If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you need new Smart-Card.

I have done all this to no avail

Can my activation be moved to another smart card? If any where can i get new smart card
this is it's earlier recorded dongle manager operation
