best dongel problem - GSM-Forum

I bought a last month best dongle i install 1.20 it's windows open but i not use a software activate also done.i also try a usb flash but not success its my fault but i don;t know how can i flash a usb.......
but last time i update a software 1.22 dongle showing error. but i don't know how can i do........plz guide me.senior for dongle user and support team an also guide how can i flash a usb cable??????????????

dongle(b9a479f8) in not activated for current software model.
Current dongl activation level :0001
Required dongle activation level:0008
Contact to your reseller to get information about additional activation

show the error and close a windows...

the log you have posted above shows that you are using infinity box not best dongle
if you have best dongle, disconnect infinity box from PC , and connect only best dongle and run the software

after connect Infinity Best and Run Infinity Best software ,
Mostly It work If not First connect infinity Best and Run after connect infinity
