Arrow best dongle fail to open

After instalation ver 2.20 and when opning application not opening message The application faild to intializze properly (0xco150002).click ok to terminate the aplication.

WHAT TO DO AFTER THIS ??

best not work
i have same problem i stop antivrus than instal it but not success i remove 2.20 ver and instaal 1.14 setup is ok instaal

Download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 (or higher) - Download Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 from Official Microsoft Download Center

To fix "driver problem" you must install drivers.
