Dongle can not be damaged with new windows installation.
Reboot PC, connect dongle and try to read dongle S/N with DongleManager.
Result ?

i also tried update dongle and successfully updated but same issue,dongle works cm2 and hcu exex but not work on nokia best exe and give error unknown token

in future and please solve my problem here in this
thread and make all correspondence here.
i also followed your instructions and update
dongle and succeeded but issue same.
i have best dongle and cm2 and hcu activations on it.
now cm2 and hcu software working and only
best exe nokia 1 &nokia 2 exes not working and
on opening its showing unknown token error.
tell me what happened with it.

As I can see your dongle was updated after your last post. What is the result for now ?
