C6-01 save info?!?

I've got an c6-01 dead(vibrates only) and I need to save the phonebook from it.
I tried but I get error

I encountered the same problem with an nokia N8 and with N70.
Tomorrow I'll try with some other new phones(c7,c6-00,e72...)

N70 supported.
C7, C6, N8, E72 - not. We working on solutions.
In 9.3/9.4 symbian Best will show - exist phonebook or not. In this log i can't see phonebook.

Hello,
can You check in the next future versions to improve detection of phonebook because there are some bugs in this.
You said that for some phones (c6,c7 ...) the software detects if there is phonebook in the phone but it might get errors on saving.
As You can see this is the same phone from the first post(I solved it hw) and I also checked it if is detecting the presence of phonebook but it's the same job like first time
Here is the video made with the phone wich has contacts but the software don't detect it.
I'm sure that will be solved this inconveniences and the comunications will be improved.

It depends on Symbian version and many other facts.
Actually on 9.4/9.4 - we can detect phonebook present. (read also possible, but not work as well , we try end it soon )
About S^3 can't say anything - not have such phones yet for tests.
