got bad code from server . - GSM-Forum

Dear sir,

i received today wrong code from server .i have already reset counter block of this phone but nothing happend .last night i was sending pm to Infinity-Box, for get correct code or refund my credit back after that i get this error
(Infinity-Box has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space.)

yes i try manually but still same problem and also i have sent pm to Infinity-Box not yet get any answer from support .
