Why 1.18? Why not 1.01?
Current version - 1.23, flash by it.
Also phone looks like have damaged HW.

We talking about USB flashing. JAF mostly designed in BEST for RAPIDO new phones fbus flashing. At now all new phones can be done by USB cable.
In your case - need try with 1.23 by USB.
If still no luck - need digg HW.
