1st : Check battery ( must be charged )
2nd : Cable must be directly inserted to PC motherboard
3rd : It mostly HW problem - need rehot CPU/FLASH ic's

If you are shure that it is softwar problem do this steps.
1.Read all RPL.
2.Download and install rm-639 firmware 06.00 from heare Русские прошивки для Nokia X3-02 / Прошивки для Nokia :: Nokia клуб
3.Open BEST 1.23,press flashing batton,Select rm-639,select ded mode and press flash.
FLASH WITH USB AND POST RESULTS.
