- when chraging icon appears,
- hold volume up + power on button
- after boot screen appears, keep pressed volume up
- after android icon + "no command appears",
- firmly press power button followed by volume up button one-click
- you are in recovery.
- wipe data/factory reset, then reboot.

Put phone in fastboot then use infinix AST to setmode to recovery. The phone will display no command and finally use volume + and Power to enter recovery. Confirmed solution severally by me.

Many nokia phones went through my hands, and it worked on every single one.

Of course, i did not have in hands (yet) Nokia 2.3, but ofc, fastboot mode
and AST module should do the trick.

p.s. what i wrote worked only when phone is connected to pc with usb cable.
