Infinity best dongle not working - GSM-Forum

hi infinity team..my infinity best dongle not working. when i open tool it says smart card not found. connect smart card.
even smart card reader and smart card drivers both working in device manager. i change the reader but still same...
i tried to flash firmware with infinity dongle manager but also cause error..
here is log. please check and help me.
