many time follow that instructions but no responce from server ant infinity team ......




always give 10 min only .........after 10 minute no rcv any mail

do not make many time but make ONLY ONCE because after "many time" your e-mail will be locked for a month !

Disable your PC Antivirus/Firewall or give enough access for BEST.exe !

- Close [BEST] software
- Install latest [BEST] software version
- Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST folder
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file
- Run [BEST] software
- Enter your e-mail address and you will get new licence file via e-mail

i buy new infinity dongle .. i try to run exe always get this error .
i dont know how to get license file ..

i did same .. but even in 1st time to run exe its ask for license .. its not ask for any email address .

very time i open its say mail come to me but no mail come for registartion in 10 min still waiting not able to use

i have 2 modules activated on this dongle .

1. best dongle

2. infinity box

opened the qualcom module it says , your card firmware is old please update , gone to dongle manager tried to update and it stopped after 20% and after i cant update the dongle , each time it says select the dongle type manually , tried on best or infinity dongle as well but still same - errror

here is the log

Hello,

What to do:

1. Install required Card-Reader Drivers:
- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202
Download files - http://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=6

OR

1. Insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader (good result for today is with Alcor Card-Reader)

The next steps are:

2. Run DongleManager
3. Update Dongle firmware


- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 tries for 24 hours
- DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid problem with Dongle !
