Disable your PC Antivirus/Firewall or give enough access for BEST.exe !


- Close [BEST] software
- Install latest [BEST] software version
- Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST folder
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file
- Run [BEST] software
- Enter your e-mail address and you will get new licence file via e-mail

Have the same problem! In BEST folder successfully created *dat + *ask. The mailbox is empty (ofcource checked spam folder) more than 10 minutes. What suppose to do?

delete ask, delete dat, install latest BEST 2.29, disable firewall/antivirus, run BEST.
result ?

[BEST] NK2 do not required new activation, it works with [BEST] dongle.
