solved.. just disable antivirus and delete fault.bin located in best2 directory

You do not need to register. Once you will get dongle on hands you will get username and password as well.

If you want to use [BEST] software you have to contact to nearest SELLER and buy Infinity [BEST] Dongle.

Yes, sure you can get link to dongle as well.

One is in blue (синенький) color (at left) and another one is in green (зелёненький) color (at right). Both are the same but just different colours.
Also dongle may have different look so do not panic if you will see something different at your seller's table.
