Mostly that seems as i2c exchange problem or something deeper , like audio ic short or speakers or rest.
Disassemble phone, check water damage, try startup with LCD only and check result. If still same - need dig deeper in HW.

Hello , there is nothing to check, BEST just send a command and check for response. If after 1-2 times no luck - something wrong with card or phone just can't reset it...

Hello, BEST make Security check during Flash/RPL Read/Flashing.
So, if it says - DEAD - it dead, if it says - Encrypted - do as software asks. If security is ok - that meant damaged HW.
