please help me i can't update my cm2 dongel firmware

I purchased CM2 and Nokia best dongle from your authorized reseller here in UAE. But I have issue only for Nokia best dongle, its shows no updates found when I run using Dongle Manager.

If you want to use Infinity-Box/Dongle software (and CM2) you should get Infinity-Box/Dongle software activation for your [BEST]

from where I can get software activation? I just purchased this 2 dongle October 19, 2017. I follow the instruction guide from infinity box support. I installed the CM2 correctly and already used to one nokia phone, but for this nokia best dongle, still I cannot able to use. Please help, maybe I did not install the software correctly.

How to activate:
