Hi infinity team,

As per news and update used BB5 service tool v2.16 for product change but didn't work.

What can be the reason for the failure?

If you can give proper steps or any tutorial or any update on why it wasn't able to change the product code for Nokia Lumia 1520 AT&T RM-940.

Did you even hear about "Logs"? That thing shown in down side of BEST. Where all diagnostic messages appears. Show me , where is "Product code change didn't work" , please.
