Hi again. i have delete file which was described in email and have inserted the new.

Now the software just ask for admin permission and after YES is not starting

What is "admin permission" means ?
What is the exact message text ?

Even on freshly installed windows 10 today/32 bits/ and installed nessesary net framework:
InfinityBox BEST2 is not starting - ask for permission , select YES and after that the blue image with the big font and that`s that - no error

Try to login to your PC as Administrator.
Also you can try to run software "As Administrator" via right click.

Dear Sir,

List of installed apps required only if software can not run at all.
If you can run software and after that you see some kind of error list of applications is not requered.

Please make the next two steps and let us know about results:

1. login to your PC as Administrator.
2. run software "As Administrator" via right click.

what is the result ?

everything is ok now.

maybe the problem was mine (not) blond hair and have been trying to execute the application without inserting the dongle in pc.

Everything needed is available - i am the admin of the os and click yes when the program is asking for yes or no(for rights)

net framework is installed.

use only the windows security and if something is found i allow it on my pc
