There is a software conflict with this application:
\program files\avast software\avast\aswidsagent.exe

Disable AVAST, delete fault.bn file and run Infinity software.

go to infinity folder, then deleat fault.bin file , then antivirus stop and open your best or best2 software. 100000% ok

if you will delete fault.bin file before you got advice from support team you will get a problem in future.

I also have problem with infinity best2 software cant extract show this message>( ! Cannot open D:\infinity best\InfinityBox_install_BEST2_v1.20.7z)
