Lumia 520 cant enter test mode ?

There is no ENO firmware on support

Any one to share ?

Hello. It not need eno. Just powered on phone, then "Set Mode" or WPx Test Mode init.

Phone will restart and turn ON.
Any other solution?

Last time you told me to use ENO firmware and worked fine, don't remember model bit it was not Lumia 520 for sure. Is there specific models that need ENO to enter test mode. Any list?

BEST know all, what need. If it not ask eno - then it not need.
