Lumia 520 unlock (Authentication Error) - GSM-Forum

Hello infinity team,
I m just trying to unlock my lumia 520 with infinty lumia credits but now i m getting authentication error...I purchased the unlock credit about two months ago and at that time i tried to unlock a phone but it was not unlocked and after that i didn't use this credit but today i was trying to use this credit to unlock the phone but getting this error!

Code:

WP8 Unlock Started
Connecting to server...
Connected
Authenticating...
Authentication error:Server reported error: [0005]
Disconnected
Error! Check User Setiings : Name / Password
Error! Check previous error message for more info!

Now can u please tell me whats the matter?

Please update [BEST] configuration file with your Username/Password.

I already did this process even double checked but same error..

Now Ok after changing pc don't what was the problem with other one.

Please update [BEST] configuration file with your IOS Username/Password.
You should use the same user/pass you are using for web account login.
