I unlocked BL and readed User Partition
Now how to extract contacts?

I check CNDBG(Contacts)
Program just created *.bvl file but no created any contacts:

Code:
Processing Lumia (WP7x Generic) Extraction
Open file "C:\3\059N8P3_M3K873853_USER.brf" - Ok
Prepare ...
Size: 6439 MiB

Processing File System ...
Files found at all : 31343
Media content extraction skipped
SMS extraction skipped
Collect PhoneBook Debug Data
Extraction done, 3 blocks found
Elapsed: 00:00:36

Under "User Data (MAIN) " Phonebook options are not active

It only via remote way , when you move mouse on CNDBG you will see mail, where to send it for extract.

In theory... But too much garbage.
I will make MS CSV file, so, you can sync it after with your Live Id and it will be fully right way.
Time - ETA 2-3 hours.

One more question - does possibly to readout password from my Lumia710 when phone will normally ask for it (mean counter not blocked)?
