Hi, mates.
I'm trying to change the language of one TA-1034, which original firmware version is 10.02.11 and I have higher - 30.04.11. full vpl file, readed with BEST NK2 from another ta-1034.
The problem is when I try to flash:
1. BEST is warning me that the firmware version of the phone is lower than the one whit which im goona flash, so I migh kill the set, or "contact service"
2. And then the set really dies. And I have to bring back it's original version - 10.02.11 to revive it.
The conclusion is : I can't upgrade this set at all! Why, mates?
The only Bulgarian, that I have, is 30.04.11 readed from another set, as I mentioned before.
Do somebody know how to proceed, mates?

Which you need PPM for that .....TA-1034 firmware version 10.02.11

I have made a way to permanent change base sw version to any on HMD phones, but device can die at any moment of flashing. Can even permanently.

Due this reason that option NOT activated yet.

Yes, Bulgarian is in EA.
I try to find EA for 10.02.11 but can't.
Infinity servers are down. Unable to check in moment for firmware.

There is no TA-1034 40.00.11 EA at support area yet.
