nokia 110 connection problem - GSM-Forum

Hi, please i need your help with one Nokia 110 RM-827 :
I connect the 110 USB cable and i launch Best , the phone is found but all options at the soft window are deactivated ( such Read info - flash ...)
How to proceed please ? ( I'm trying to flash it to have french langage)

Hello. Flash from dead mode, if phone have user code it can be not detected proper.

Yes ,it's with security code (unknown for the customer)

So flash it with dead mode selected. And you can also flash only cnt/image file for remove user code instead of full flash.

Enough make RPL read with Xgold ticked to know code and after flash need lang, if data save is mandatory.
