Member: 1603029 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 20 | Nokia Best Accidentally got Updated Now BB5 Tool not getting Opened While Reading my Nokia BB5 Online id and Password, I accidentally updated the Smartcard firmware of my Tool and it got interrupted. I dont know why? Now the Tool is not getting Opened. when i am reading serial no. on Dongle manager it is showing this: === DongleManager [Infinity] v1.81 [09-Apr-21 22:08:45] === Searching... Card-Reader: FT SCR2000 0 HWID: 0005886315BF1292 Box/Dongle is not found And When i am trying to Update my Card Again its showing this error: === DongleManager [Infinity] v1.81 [09-Apr-21 22:07:29] === Box/Dongle type selected: Infinity [BEST] Card-Reader: FT SCR2000 0 HWID: 0005886315BF1292 === Process started: 09-Apr-21 22:07:29 === Connecting to server Server connection successfully established Checking DongleManager version... Your DongleManager is up-to-date Checking Dongle Identification... Authenticating on server... Authentication stage error: Server answer:[0010] Dongle Authentication fail. Probably last attempt was interrupted or wrong Smart-Card connected. Write to https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=2 Please Help me Out of this Problem. I updated the Drivers also as mentioned in the Official site. Then Also i am not able to Update my BB5 Tool Smartcard. Please Help Me. |

Member: 1603029 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 20 |  I inserted Smart Card in Another Card Reader, I selected Nokia Best Token and Update Card Firmware. it started Updating the Card but again it got Stopped. please tell me why its getting Stopped, Where am I doing Wrong. |

Member: 1603029 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 20 | Yes Sir, I updated the card drivers As Mentioned Above Before Also. Again I uninstalled and Re-Installed the Drivers FT SCR2000. It Started Update but Stopped again. Here is my Driver Version Info.  |

your new reader was FT SCR2000 What is the difference? you must install SPECIAL drivers for FT SCR2000 and do not try to update dongle hundred times. If you repeat faled attempts the only thing you do - you get situation worse and worse. so use another reader, install drivers well, use good working PC and update dongle ONLY ONCE ! | |
