That is not SX4 issue, problem in device NVM/NVServer. Make sure you have installed SW version inside decie same, as product code on back sticker. Re-flash it with NVM update enabled and reboot device twice ( with complete init, until work table ) before unlock try. Make sure ENOSW version is same, as base SW or newer! |
