Make sure you have installed SW version inside decie same, as product code on back sticker. Re-flash it with NVM update enabled and reboot device twice ( with complete init, until work table ) before unlock try. Make sure ENOSW version is same, as base SW or newer! |

If you still have any problem - Close [BEST] software - Download latest Configurator software - https://www.infinity-box.com/support...onfigurator.7z - Start Configurator to update config - Start BEST again also I suggest you do not write questuons to support ot order notes because notes are provate and supporters do not read it. |
