Hello,

As I can see there is no any problems with servers.
Please, install latest [BEST] v1.23 and try again.

Check ur Internet connection . some time connection block server access
or Must check again its show u DLL not found error or Not

Why you have changed server ip address ?
please, install software again and do not play with ini files.
