any suggestion i transferred my best dongle from pc to other and i have receive this message ((you will get licence file to email.........) but i did not receive any i have checked the inbox and junk box no thing? is better to use different email or or wait more time to receive the licence file?

Hello,

Disable your PC Antivirus/Firewall or give enough access for BEST.exe !

- Close [BEST] software
- Install [BEST] software version 2.29 or higher !
- Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST folder
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file
- Run [BEST] software
- Enter your GOOD WORKING e-mail address and you will get new licence file via e-mail

the software working now , what about the anti virus shall i switch on or leave off for ever ?
