Now a days watching a lot of troubles in using of Dragon BOX so i think to start this thread...

If you guys have any problems post it here i will try to solve that in 12 hours..

So in these days users are facing a lot of problem about USB connecting, MStar Connecting, Return Data error, Connecting Mobile and not loading boot..

Return Data Error

When this error come you have to check several things

First check that you are connecting right chip or not...

Question = How to check it???
Answer = Use dragon freeware tool OR open phone and read name from main chip.

Second if using USB then install proper drivers

Connecting Mobile Error

If you get this error do several things..

First check that you are connecting right chip or not...

How to check mentioned above

Second uncheck the option of scan pin-out then connect....

WRITE IMEI ERROR

If you got this error that mobile is connected with box but not writing IMEI then do several things...

>>First untick scan pinout option then check

>>Second remove black pin(Ground PIN) from battert connectors and connect it on mobile boar at gnd anywhere on board but on gnd

>>Third remove the ringer from board then check.

Your problem will be solve..

celkon c770i charging jack fully damaged............i wnt to flash the phone....and i connect the rx tx to pcb dm & dp..........but not connected the phone ......
plse help me how to slove my problem.................i have more than 5 sets same problem facing....................it have mstar chip............plse help me bro

Have you connected the gnd pin or not?

If not then connect it.

If connected then UN tick he option of pin-out and then check..

TIPS ABOUT UPDATES

In new updates some of those mobiles which are connecting and working fine on old versions are not connecting perfectly on new updates.

So no need to worry about them just use 2.13 version of dragon your problem will be solve.

PROBLEM WITH USB CONNECTING

In my opinion there are a lot of problems with USB connecting and that is all about the Drivers so with my personal experience use the WINDOWS 7.. Then you will not face any problem like this

on windows 7 i got problem on spd and mstar driver so I get back on windows XP and now go smooth without any driver problem ....

Dragon box work perfect on both windows but that was those users who can not install drivers at their own .. So window 7 automatically download drivers from updates

PC RESTART ON SPD FORMATTING

Dear users there is a problem occuring during formatting the SPD chip specially on USB...

So no need to worry just remove the old USB Drivers of SPD and install new drivers...

Link is given below.. When i was facing this problem then i removed old drivers and installed this one... Then dragon start working fine on same mobile...

6610/20 CPU'S CONNECTING ERROR

In these days many users facing problem about 6610/20 CPU'S mobile.. So users you have to do just one thing that change the baud rate to 115200.. These two CPU'S work like charm on this baud rate...

WRITE IMEI ERROR

Users i have already described some of solution about write imei error but after applying those solution some of mobiles do not succeeded in write imei. So the real fact is this that in older version there is a fault which was Called by ""NO IMEI FOUND"""...

These two error are the same things so you what to do just use 2.13 version of dragon and write nv file via NV Editor..

Q-MOBILES DRIVER PROBLEM

Hi,

I was facing a problem with mostly Q-MOBILES that they don't pick the drivers while i have installed WIN-7 on my PC..

I tried to find drivers on internet but could not make it. Then i installed a software from new Q-MOBILE'S CD which comes with mobile and after that mostly of Q-MOBILES auto pick their drivers...

So if you are facing same problem then install that software you will get mostly of mobiles drivers...
