I think you need only press RED button on your handset if not solved then you need full flash your phone and you get flash file from here http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/6828877-post356.html |

You need reset your handset with box and after reset press and hold power button on your handset for 1/2 minutes |
i have tried all but same then i have changed touch screen and its ok now...anyway thx 4 fast support.. |
