the cpu is the square one, just like spider ic or a pin grid array ic... the one you mentioned is the players flash ic, if you cant see anything mark on the board, then your players board id is under your flash ic, a little bit risky because you have to remove your flash ic, to be able see it..

kindly post all details

board id - mark in players board
CPU - mark on top of cpu
LCD id - printed in flex of lcd
