Need solution for USB not recogonized


Need solution for USB not recogonized,,,, what to do ?using duration period is one month and 5 days
(45 days).,.. is that any waranty ....if no waranty please guide me to solve thsi problem....i checked with 3 system (PC )

You connect the box to computer,and computer tell you usb not recogonized
or after pinfind,computer tell you usb no recogonized,tell me please

when i connect to the computer it says USB not Recogonizied... what to do

be sure no USB hub connected with pc port , use the pc back side usb port , fst connect the box then attach the phone , if you still face same problem then must try with others pc ,

after this error am formating my pc then connect a cable on back usb and it connect only DRAGON box


as well as the same error at the thime am press stop button on dragon more time it connecting ok

help me some one

1. no usb hub connected

2. used with Back usb port which is working properly with all other boxes

3. there is no phone power cable is connected with box (which is come along with the box )

4. tried with two pc's and one two laptops

now what to do?

i asked my reseller ... he replied his box has also the same prob...and he claimed for guarentee ...still not received...

Use Firmware Updater
Tick on Exigency Option
Short Power Clips (Red and Black power clip which are used to give Battery Power To Mobile)
And Click Upgrade_BOx Button
I hope Your problem Will Be solved
