Daily I am recieving several china sets for not accepting incoming calls is it software or hardware? do we have any solution in GPG Dragon anyone plz help in this regard?

can you explain how to flash the set with GPG Dragon may i flash with the same file or read from other working phone and then flashi it, or I flash it with Infinity can you plz describe step by step?

You need read flash file with same working phone and write faulty phone with GPG box
