Sure, you can unlock your m21i in several manner. E.g. you can use some commercial progs like Lurker or Evolver. Another way to unlock your phone is Remote-Unlock. It's also possible to unlock by patching and reflashing the orginal firmware with ipl 2.c. Please, keep in mind, the last way is the dangerous one. So you can destroy your phone, if you don't know what to do.
