This mobile only goes to MITSUBISHI TEST MODE when powered on and that's the fardest it could go until battery is removed
what could be the problem and solution?

solution only one: restore sequrity and calibration data via testmode or flash mode(cloning) free solution not exist

may be with this tool(see in attach,remove .txt extension and unpack zip file)
