Post Trium "permanently blocked" solution

Is there an EEPROM solution for this problem?
I already tried MS Tools, but it won't work.

Well, I looked through old topics, but did not found any solution for my trouble...
Maybe my cable is wrong, and MS tools don't
worh for that reason?
I use the following pinout: 3-tx 14-rx 10,15-gnd. Unlocking works (with old skkeptik for mars&galaxy). It seems to me that phone dose not communicate with PC, yet, it can receive commands from it...

if you dont have backup of eeprom, upload eeprom from working phone, then flash it. For flashing you need another cable. In older topics you can find all about flashing.
