no its not hardware it is software problem ,because i got 1pc of another chine phone with same problem ,after format it works for some days and again the problem occurs, so ithink its a software problem, if u provide me the file for KARBONN KD10 it will be helpfull to me

So try with formatting and check the result after formatting ?
