Hallo..
I have SE e20i dead... I use power suply this phone have power like normaly
Other phone.se U20i...I'm trying repair with medusa box easy repair .but can
Work ... And then I full erase this I'm try again for easy repair .its succesfull.. And then must full flash..I will flash with setool box and octopus box and any
Tool software but can't conected...now I need file DUMP for this phone please Medusa Team upload file DUMP SEu20i.. I search in support site but can't found...if can in mediafire upload this file..thank you sir

Hello.
Please perform the next steps:
1. Connect your phone in Advanced Mode and make Erase Full flash.
2. Connect the phone in EasyRepair Mode and make Repair.
3. Put the phone into Emergency Mode and re-flash it using Medusa Box Flasher with the firmware from the support area.

Note: please use BOTH fully charged battery and USB cable for powering the device while using Medusa Box.

With Medusa Box Software You need to repair phone's boot and security area and then You need to re-flash the phone using Medusa Flasher.
Please perform carefully all the steps I have written above.

If I use octopus box for flash can't working (conect)).....just conect with jtag and usb as power for flash...

When proces flashing solder in pinouT( RJ50 cacle) removable or not sir??

What do You mean exactly? Whether it is necessary to de-solder Jtag wires after repairing when You want to flash the phone? Or what do You mean?

2... When I try advance mode .. To write or read or erasse this phone can coneck it working with cable RJ 50 aNd usb ... But if I flashng don't use cable rj50(soldering in pinout phone) just with usb and batrey can't be working
